These images are 3D models of residential buildings that were created in 3D Studio Max to show the client what the facade of how this unbuilt house would look like. These 3D house models were built and rendered to scale from proposed CAD plans. A landscape was designed around the models and photo manipulation was used to make the final shot look like a more realistic setting.
